La corsa è uno di quegli sport in cui il "no matter the weather" vale sempre. Giugno è stato un po' così, con un Zegama inzuppato ed una Lavaredo 50k sotto al temporale. Il grigio di queste corse fangose assomiglia a quello della roccia lasciata nuda dalla neve dopo l'inverno e questo grigio si rafforza se accostato al rosso del deserto.
Questo accostamento è ciò che troverete in The Pill 61, un numero dove il trail ed ultra running è dominante ma che lascia comunque spazio all'avventura delle terre alte dopo lo scioglimento della neve invernale. Running is one of those sports where "no matter the weather" always applies. June was a bit like that, with a soggy Zegama and a Lavaredo 50k in a thunderstorm. The gray of these muddy races resembles that of rock left bare by snow after winter, and this gray is reinforced when combined with the red of the desert.
